The PMG IronPerform RFID Tag excels on metal surfaces, adhering well to pre-treated, painted, and powder-coated surfaces. Notably, it boasts a range of up to 20m on metal surfaces (with a 2W ERP reader).
This functionality extends to non-conductive materials as well. Thanks to its compact size, the PMG IronPerform RFID Tag is suitable for use even in hard-to-reach areas.
Featuring excellent UV, chemical, and solvent resistance, the PMG IronPerform RFID Tag doesn't require a battery, thanks to its RFID UHF passive technology.
The tag is supplied on rolls and can be written/coded and printed with thermal transfer printers. Optionally, the PMG IronPerform RFID Tag can also be delivered pre-printed in full color and ready-coded, with the option for additional protection with a laminate.
A modified acrylic adhesive on standard backing paper ensures strong adhesion to various substrates, suitable for both low- and high-energy materials. Prior to application, the substrate must be clean, dry, oil-free, and grease-free.
