PMG RFID LOOPTAG: clever labeling by loop tag

Introducing RFID LoopTag for clever identification in cable harnesses, power and server cables, plants, Euro containers, and more. The plastic loop label houses a UHF transponder with an EPC (Electronic Product Code) memory area of 448 bits and a user memory of 2048 bits, readable over longer ranges of up to almost six meters. Customize the label's surface with thermal transfer or laser printing, featuring barcodes, 2D codes, plain text, and logos. Available in two lengths (4.49 inch (114 mm) and 7.87 inch (200 mm), suitable for various object and recess diameters.

Self-adhesive PMG OnMold RFID labels

In intralogistics, industrial production, and automated goods cycles, PMG's On-Mold RFID labels prove their worth. Individually designed to suit different formats, these labels enable permanent labeling of objects like boxes, containers, pallets, and storage locations. Coated with a synthetic, permanently adhesive hybrid adhesive on the underside, they ensure secure attachment.

The transparent, scratch-resistant, smudge-proof, and UV-resistant laminate film on the robust polyester base material protects the optional printing, customizable with barcodes, numbers, digits, characters, and logos. The RFID module (UHF inlays or HF inlays) is securely embedded between the materials.

PMG OnMold RFID labels boast readability distances from 7.87 inch to 511,81 inch (20 cm to 13 m).
