Supplier Relations
PMG Labels LP expects that its suppliers and business partners communicate all the principles, requirements and sustainability guidelines described here to their subcontractors and suppliers and also take them into account when selecting them. Suppliers shall encourage their subcontractors and suppliers to comply with the described standards on human rights, working conditions, prevention of corruption and environmental protection as part of the fulfillment of their contractual obligations. Upon request, the supplier shall provide PMG Labels LP with all necessary information for an initial assessment correctly and comprehensively within the scope of a self-assessment. He shall furthermore provide other information that demonstrates compliance with the guideline. PMG Labels LP will monitor the implementation. The supplier shall inform PMG Labels LP of any events that conflict with the principles of the guideline.
