PMG Labels is a leading provider of barcode and RFID solutions specifically tailored to the needs of the logistics industry. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of the sales team. Directing recruiting, setting objectives, and monitoring performances.
  • Development of sales strategies.
  • Set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for organizations' sales representatives.
  • Identify and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Present and sell our products and services to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Utilize available resources to inform customers about available products.
  • Cold calling potential customers.

Your Profile:

  • Completed education or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in sales (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must have US work authorization.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in cold calling, product demonstrations, and strong customer service skills are required.
  • The Sales Manager must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area and have reliable transportation.
